Welcome to the St. Clement web site.

New Calendar! We have added a calendar to this website, we would like to add all the Parish dates and events. Please contact the Parish to add a date to the calendar. The calendar can be printed out and it makes a handy monthly date book. We can set the system to notify you by email as any event is added or changed - if you would like to be added to this feature - please email me at the address below!
Please help us gather some extra history on our beautiful village. Here we will try and collect pictures, maps, anecdotes, memories and dreams (past, present and future) of a place that is unique in its beauty and history. You can help!
If you have any old pictures of the village, buildings or scenery, or any other visual or written mommentos of the area - please let us know. As part of a millennium project the village is trying to collect and compile as much information as possible. Please email us here and watch this site grow as we gather all we can on the life and times of St. Clement Parish. Email us here - Mark@t2k.com
The Church at St. Clement and the Tresillian River.
The river at the bottom of the lane is tidal, but deep enough at high tide to accommodate large vessels. Years ago the village was an important inland port to the area and home to many seafaring people. The village was probably used as early as Roman times as an inland port. Many Roman coins and other artifacts have been discovered locally over the years.
