This house in the village was a pub called The Ship.	St. Clement Church. A church and monastery on this site dates back to medieval times

Much of the above pictures, maps and information as well as the complete history of St. Clement is available in a book available at the museum library in Truro - "In and Around St. Clement Churchtown" by the Truro Buildings Research Group.
	The church yard houses the village Stocks dating back a couple of hundred years and an ancient Ingot stone that is probably dating back 2000 years and was found on this site during church renovation 100 years ago!
